AEOn, pronounced “Ion”, is a web based company that networks with the leading providers of energy generating technologies. We seek to find practical and pragmatic strategies in the implementation of the most economical energy generating technologies.

We are interested in not only renewable energy but innovation in all forms of energy generation - particularly those solutions which lend themselves to implementation by small communities or families. We believe that the solution to many of the world’s problems in obtaining sufficient energy is to: first, stress the benefits of energy conservation; secondly, aim at enhancing electrical distribution by adding smaller and cleaner electrical generators closer to the energy users; and lastly, focus on renewable energy resources.

Now the question we are frequently asked: “Is it time to implement energy generating technologies based on renewable resources?” The answer is: “An unqualified yes! - but which technology and for whom?” It is our aim to answer that question.

Not all renewable energy resource technologies which are popular today are necessarily right for you. It depends on a number of variables. Some of the more important variables are: Where do you live? – Latitude, elevation, weather, soil conditions, and others, can all play a major role. Also, have you already incorporated the most common energy conservation techniques – these can not only offer great savings now but will also reduce the cost of future energy investments. Moreover, are your energy needs constant or are there times when you use energy considerably more than others. And perhaps the most important, how much do you spend on energy now?

Furthermore, not all energy contractors provide the same service. Energy contractors do not normally make it a practice of researching the best methods of installing their equipment on the many different types of roofing systems. But we do.
